Q: How can my company be recognized as a part of the Equality Business Council?

A: All your company needs to do in order to be recognized is to have an internal nondiscrimination policy that includes sexual orientation and gender identity.

Q: What if my company doesn't have a nondiscrimination policy?

A: Equality Utah would be glad to provide you with a model policy, or help you draft one of your own.

Q: What's in it for me?
